Shipping Policy

At Mache Kominote, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Mache Kominote is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information or carrier issues—but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any problems.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mache Kominote, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of certain products (like food or handmade items), some items may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
